New mandatory information on your invoices
The April 2019 Ordinance of the EGAlim Act adds 2 new mandatory statements for all invoices issued as from 1 October 2019:
📌référence of the order form if one has been issued by the buyer
📌adresse of invoicing if it is different.
Any failure to comply with the formalities will now be liable to an administrative fine of up to €75,000 for natural person companies and €375,000 for legal entities.
