e-merchants: you have to comply to the new cash system regulation

OFrom 2018 January the 1st, companies subjected to VAT that register payments from private customers in an information system, should use an IS that complies to the unalterability, securization and data conservation conditions.Thus, e-merchants should comply from 2018 January the 1st and should be able to present a certificate to confirm their Information System compliance in case of any Administration inspection.(CGI, art. 286, I-3° bis)
