As long as they have their annual accounts audited by an auditor, commercial companies, whatever their form, are authorised to grant loans to companies with which they have justifiable economic links (i.e. customer/supplier relationships, for example).

The companies benefiting from the loans may be micro-enterprises, SMEs or TWAs.
